Understanding offering
As we continue through the book of Exodus, we see that God gives his people many laws that are to govern how they will live in the land he will give them. Among these laws are those regarding the tithes and offerings. Even though we no longer make the kinds of offering the children of Israel made there is still much we can learn about the kind of offering we give God in this day and age. This week, Dr. Terry Caldwell teaches us to understand the principle of offering. Tt's proper use, its purpose, its benefits, and the dangers of abusing it.
